Both letters and arches can be paired with floral accents and LED backlighting.

As a general guide, standard hedge wall backdrop configurations (four 8’ × 4’ panels creating a 16-foot backdrop) typically start in the range of $800–$1,500 for a single-day rental, with larger installations and custom builds scaling accordingly. Living walls, arches, letters, and mazes are quoted individually based on scope. Yes—full delivery, professional setup, and teardown (strike) are included with every rental. Our experienced crew handles everything from transport to final styling so you can focus on your event. We coordinate timing with your venue, planner, and other vendors.

Setup time varies by installation size. A standard backdrop wall often takes about 30–60 minutes, while larger configurations like mazes or full venue builds can take 2–4 hours. We coordinate setup windows in advance with your venue and planner.

Are your hedges fire-rated?

Yes. All of our hedge products are treated with fire-retardant coatings and have been tested to NFPA 701 (Standard Methods of Fire Tests for Flame Propagation of Textiles and Films), the fire safety standard that most venues and convention centers require for decorative materials. We provide fire-rating certificates for venues and fire marshals upon request.
